EOI:BNOC OFFICES

The Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) invites qualified contractors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of their new office building, including building, external, electrical, and mechanical works. Contractors will be shortlisted based on their submitted documents, and only shortlisted firms will be invited to tender for the project.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

• PPRA Grade C or D

• Valid registration with PPRA

 

Required Documents:

• Company Profile

• CIPA Certificate of Incorporation

• Valid Tax Clearance

• Board Resolution for EOI submission

• Director/Shareholder ID copies

• Project experience (last 10 years)

• References, equipment list, and financial statements
